This song I happened to come across now, nearly after 25 years. This song has some fine nuances by our SPB and some great humming at a few places and also towards the end with Jency accompanying him aptly. Jency, inspite of her nasal tone, had given many melodious numbers under the baton of ILayaRaja and for Shankar-Ganesh she has rendered a few as well. She reigned supreme in the late 70s and early 80s when ILayaRaja used her a lot but midway in the 80s, he seemed to have deserted her for whatever reason.

This song was featured on Ravinder & Madhavi. The song has been shot in beautiful natural locations. Lot of overlapping of images has been done in the making of this song. Overall a delightful tune. I read somewhere that this may have been a lifted tune from Hindi but no one is sure. Anyway it sounds pleasant to the ears. So, please enjoy listening to it.
