Agneepath, a movie of one man’s tirade with his destiny. Amitabh was the centre of attraction, Mithun was the soul of the movie. Krishan Iyer M.A. wearing a white lungi with a big tika on his head carried the movie from becoming another big masala into an epic.Both Amitabh & Mithun won National Award for this movie.

There is fun and frolic in the voice of SPB, Krishnan Iyer MA, a coconut seller who tries to entertain the crowd with his rustic voice and impress with his multi lingual ability.He is laughed at in the beginning but finally caught by the contagion the crowd joins him and dance cheerfully. There is innocent enthusiasm and revelry obvious in HIS rendition. His modulations greatly suit the character. HE has sung in four languages for the villager (Mithun) deliberatelly accentuating in those languages
