"O Vennilaave Vaa Odivaa"-one more SPB moon song

Dear SPB Fans,

We have come across many moon based songs of our Guruji. This is one of them in "IR-SPB-SJ” combo. I read somewhere that Ilayaraja recorded the songs of this film in Mumbai in order to get the best sound recording and sound production. SPB & SJ voices are very sweet in this song and their chanting towards the end of the song is great to hear. The song is filled with lot of chorus humming, first in the pallavi and then the laalilaali humming after the first charanam which sounds really great. The orchestration in the interludes is very crystal clear with wonderful use of voilins and guitar. A pleasant composition indeed. I do not have any other details of this song - the picturisation, the actors etc...(if anyone can provide the details i will include it here). So, i am just straightaway presenting the song now to you all.

Song : O Vennilaave Vaa Odivaa
Film : Anandha Gummi (1983) - seems to be a home production of IR
Music : ILayaRaja

Singers : SPB & SJ
Actors : Ashwini, hero name not known
